This is the Village of Painted Post's Application for Special Use Permit. A Special Use Permit is required for all construction, alterations, development or change of density as detailed in Section 280.19 (Use Table) of the Village of Painted Post Zoning Law originally dated July 1894. Article XII details requirement for Special Use Permit Approval.

This application with plans must be submitted to the Code Enforcement Officer fifteen (15) days prior to the Planning Board Meeting falling on the first Tuesday of the month.
